The 41-year-old woman took her son to Bua Yai police station in Bua Yai district on Monday morning to file the rape accusation against the 14-year-old Mathayom 2 girl. She said the complaint was to counter a recent rape accusation made by the girl's mother against her 15-year-old son. Police at Bua Yai station accepted her complaint for further action. Nathaphop Boonthongtho, the 51-year-old director of Patong Thanoen Samakkhi School in Bua Yai district, has denied the charges, claiming his "enemies" were trying to frame him, and said he will fight them in court. Police at Bua Yai station heard the details of her complaint and afterwards convinced her to withdraw it.
